If the DARWIN App is not responding, try the following steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Firstly close and reopen the app.
  2. Try to open the app on a different device if this is available.
  3. Confirm the DARWIN Hub is powered on and connected to the internet via an Ethernet connection.
  4. Confirm that your mobile device or DARWIN Tablet is connected to the same network as your DARWIN Hub.
  5. Close and reopen the app.
