To troubleshoot issues regarding water filtration timing, locate the Navigation Sidebar on the left-hand corner of screen and follow the instructions below:
- Tap your name on the top left-hand corner of the screen
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Device Settings". Select the filter that was replaced.
- Tap "Installation Date" to edit the date.
- Enter the date when your water filters have been replaced and press save.
