In order to troubleshoot an unresponsive DARWIN tablet, reset the tablet by unplugging and re-plugging the power source to the tablet. Once reconnected, please wait for the Tablet to boot up completely.
This process requires the tablet to be removed form the wall. A small, long handle Phillips head screwdriver is required. Two screws are located either side at the rear of the device. These need to be loosened. The Tablet can then be lifted slightly and pulled from its mount. Once removed, disconnect the power supply. After 5 seconds reconnect the power supply and wait for the unit to reload.
