How Do I Purchase New Water Filters for my DARWIN Water Filtration System?

To purchase new filters for your Water Filtration System, locate the Navigation Sidebar on the left-hand side of the DARWIN Tablet display and follow the instructions below:

1. Tap your account name at the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Tap “Filters”. From here, you can view the time remaining on the your home's Water filters
3. Tap “Purchase” below a preferred filter to purchase a replacement for it.
