My Circadian Switch Is Not Responding To Clicks

To troubleshoot the Circadian Switch, follow the instructions below:

  1. Ensure that the DARWIN Hub is connected to your local network, is online and the DARWIN app has functionality of the same room or group of lights of the intended circadian switch.

  2. Confirm that the (flic hub) is connected to power.
  3. Ensure that the Circadian switch does not have a flat battery. The battery status of the button can be checked in the flic app.

  4. You can also check the functionality of the button by opening the Flic app. Press the button and check that the button is responding on the app.
