DARWIN Air Quality Sensor Does Not Show Any Pollutant Scores

To trouble shoot score display issues, please follow the instructions below:

Confirm the AQS is turned on

  1. locate the navigation sidebar on the left-hand side of the display.
  2. Tap "Settings".
  3. Tap "Wifi" and confirm a netork is connected and an IP address is present.
  4. Tap on "Device details" and MQTT.
  5. Confirm information packets are being sent and received from DARWIN represented by the IP address at the top of the screen. (displayed as green and blue delivery messages). If red messages appear, shutdown the AQS for two minutes and restart.
  6. Check again the MQTT data confirming packets are being sent and received.
  7. refresh the DARWIN tablet or UI (User interface) and confirm values are populating.
     

Confirm that the air filters are installed in the base of the unit

  1. locate the navigation sidebar on the left-hand side of the display.
  2. Tap "Settings".
  3. Tap "Sensors". Confirm the installation and health of each of the filters KM102 & KM100. You can order replacement filters by visiting the online Delos store
