The Qmotion blinds are not responding on the DARWIN App

  1. Please refer to the following steps to trouble shoot unresponsive Qmotion blinds:
  2. Confirm that the blinds function by manual tug.
  3. Check that Qmotion Qube has both network and power connected.
  4. Cycle the power on the Qube and wait for green light.
  5. Check that Range extender has both power and network connection.
  6. Cycle the power and wait for green light.
  7. If a remote is present confirm functionality wth remote control.
