- Please refer to the following steps to trouble shoot unresponsive Qmotion blinds:
- Confirm that the blinds function by manual tug.
- Check that Qmotion Qube has both network and power connected.
- Cycle the power on the Qube and wait for green light.
- Check that Range extender has both power and network connection.
- Cycle the power and wait for green light.
- If a remote is present confirm functionality wth remote control.
