The DARWIN Air Quality Monitor Does Not Power On

If your DARWIN Air Quality Monitor screen is not powering on, please try the following to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Confirm there is a power supply as it may have been isolated, not plugged in or the usb lead has come loose, all causing the internal battery to discharge.
  2. Wait 5 minutes after confirmed power and press the power button for 8 seconds.
  3. Confirm the screen illuminates, the charging symbol appears in the top right hand corner of the screen and the battery percentage increases.

If the issue still persists, please contact DARWIN Customer Support. A DARWIN representative will be able to assist in troubleshooting this issue.
