If your DARWIN Air Quality Monitor screen is not powering on, please try the following to troubleshoot the problem:
- Confirm there is a power supply as it may have been isolated, not plugged in or the usb lead has come loose, all causing the internal battery to discharge.
- Wait 5 minutes after confirmed power and press the power button for 8 seconds.
- Confirm the screen illuminates, the charging symbol appears in the top right hand corner of the screen and the battery percentage increases.
