The DARWIN App is reading “No Data Available” for Indoor Air Quality or Thermostat.

DARWIN's Responsive Air Purification requires commissioning for complete functionality. Ensure that you have purchased this feature with your home builder prior to troubleshooting.

The “No Data Available” message will only appear if there is no air quality sensor connected or assigned to a zone in your home. Confirm that the DARWIN Air Quality Monitor and the DARWIN Hub are both powered on and connected to the same Internet network.

If you have just replaced the sensors in your Air Quality Monitor, the “Loading Data” message may appear for approximately 2 minutes before displaying indoor air quality data. Refresh the screen for data to publish.
